With consumer television, presenting info and helpful take-home in a engaging fashion while keeping content current and factually watertight is key.

On series including Channel 5's Shop Smart, Save Money and Channel 4's SuperScrimpers, my talent for humourous scripting and creating imaginative product-testing stunts gave viewers budget tips that stuck, while working with real people in their homes showed genuine solutions for everyday consumer issues.

Directing the first series of Shop Well for Less, I helped create the sister show to BBC One's Eat Well For Less format, becoming a successful returning series in its own right.
